I had some seersucker fabric from a craigslist purchase last fall. Made a little doll quilt, which is also a great table topper size. It ended up around 20 x 20 inches. 
I like that the colors are not a traditional red lady bug.
I didn't have much of the pink seersucker for the back. Pieced a few more squares together. I think my swap partner should enjoy it. Now just to make 4 more lady bug projects. 
I've wanted to make a quilt out of old clothing for years but don't know that I could really do it. Yours looks great, keep it up :)
