Hawiian Wedding Cake
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups sugar
7 oz chopped pecans
2 cups flour
1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple
2 tsp baking soda
Mix well. Bake 325 degrees in 9 x13 pan for 45 to 60 minutes.
Frosting- Soften 8 oz pkg cream cheese with 6 oz butter. Add one cup sugar, 1 tsp vanilla. Mix well and spread on cold cake.
