I finally found the website that had the cool scarf necklace that I fell in love with.
Here it is in Michigan Made. $45 is more than I would pay. But if I can get Mom to make me one (or two) I will be thrilled.

Thanks for the compliments on the scarf necklaces! They are a bit pricey - but the artisan only makes a couple bucks on each one after expenses for the Grecian or Italian thread and the hand painted beads. She is very meticulous about her work and materials - this particular style of scarf necklaces are usually found in your finer stores.
